I was at a friends house recently and this was hanging in his shop. I believe he said an Aunt made it for him when he was a kid. It looks like wood burning yet doesn't appear to have imprinted the wood.

Nova had purchased a little point and shoot camera a couple years ago for a trip to the Grand Canyon. Once she returned I started using it because it was easy to carry while riding. It kinda broke recently so I just purchased a better one (pictured above). I've really taken a liking to the pocket sized point and shoot cameras. About the only thing I miss is a viewfinder.

Below are a few photos I took with the new camera while out to eat lunch and run some errands.

Girls Roadmaster Skyrider. I believe I chopped this one up to make a swing bike. I'm posting it just for reference.

Girls Firestone Warrior. Can't recall what happened to this bike. Probably sacrificed to make some freak-bike. Posting it up here just for reference.

And since I hate making a post without a picture... Returning from riding the local loop this afternoon I noticed the neighbor's rose had its first bloom. It's planted along a fence we share.

Nova insisted on taking this photo tonight to show me how stupid I look riding like this. Well I didn't need photo proof to know that. I guess she thinks I ride this way to look cool or something. I on occasion ride with my hands behind my back when my back is troubling me.

Ally and I stopped to do a little "Klunking" on tonight's ride.
